Mercedes-Benz launches the Edition 1 A & B Class

Mercedes-Benz has launched the Edition 1 of the A-Class & B-Class priced at 26.17 lakh & 28.75 lakh respectively. (Ex-showroom Mumbai)

With over 2500 Mercedes-Benz A-Class & B-Class (combined) sold in India, Mercedes claims that one out of every five cars sold is either an A-Class or a B-Class. To celebrate this success, the German marque has launched a limited edition of these two cars termed as the Edition 1. Only 100 cars each, of the A-Class & B-Class Edition 1 will be sold in India. Both the cars will be available in three colours: White, red & silver.

The A-Class Edition 1 gets a panoramic sunroof, gloss black ORVMs, 17″ termolite alloy wheels, Edition 1 decal on the side skirt, reversing camera, electrically adjustable front passenger seat, Edition 1 badge on the interior & a rear center armrest.

The B-Class Edition 1 gets a panoramic sunroof, gloss black ORVMs, 16″ alloys in chrome and matte black, Edition 1 decal, reversing camera, electrically adjustable front passenger seat, two screens for rear seat entertainment & a rear center armrest.

These limited edition variants will be available only in their 2.2L diesel engined avatar and will be mated to the 7G-DCT automatic transmission.
