Mercedes-Benz launches new C 300 AMG Line in India, variants updated

Mercedes-Benz has launched the new C 300 AMG Line in the Indian market at the price of INR 69 lakh ex-showroom. The new C 300 AMG Line replaces the C 300 d and is in line with the shifting customer preference. In addition to this, Mercedes-Benz revealed that the 2024 C 200 will come with a price tag of INR 61.85 lakhs ex-showroom and the 2024 C 220 d comes with a price tag of INR 62.85 lakhs ex-showroom.

Mercedes-Benz C 300 AMG Line – Colours and Features

The C 300 AMG Line features sporty AMG Line exteriors and ‘Night Package’ on the interiors. The brand also announced that the C 300 AMG Line will be available in the MANUFAKTUR Patagonia red bright and Sodalite Blue colour options. In addition to this, the C Class will also get new upgrades such as climatized front seats, 100W fast charging USB ports, 360-degree camera, adaptive high beam assist and digital key handover.

The C 300 AMG Line also comes with key features such as Digital Lights, Keyless-Go Comfort package and Blind spot assist. In addition to this, the C 300 AMG Line also gets Burmester 3D Surround Sound system. The Baby S also comes with Augmented reality navigation. The car also comes with an updated centre console with a metal structure trim.

Mercedes-Benz C 300 AMG Line – Powertrain & Performance

Powering the Mercedes-Benz C 300 AMG Line is the M254 petrol engine. The 2.0-litre in-line 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine also features an integrated starter-alternator (ISG). The engine develops 258 Hp of power and 400 Nm of torque matched to a 9G Tronic gearbox. The ISG provides up to 17 kW of additional output and up to 205 Nm of extra torque.

The engine also features an overboost function offering 20 kW (27 hp) of additional output. This overboost can last for approximately 30 seconds in the 190 kW power stage. The function can also be activated several times till the defined temperature limits are reached. Mercedes-Benz claims that the C 300 AMG Line can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 6 seconds and achieve a top speed of 250 kmph.
