Mercedes-Benz India has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art customer service facility in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. This new facility is Trinity Motor’s 3rd outlet in Maharashtra, and through this, the brand has reinforced its widespread service network which claims to be the strongest amongst luxury cars with 94 outlets across 47 cities in the country.
The newly inaugurated Mercedes-Benz service centre is located close to the Bengaluru Highway to make it easily accessible for customers in Kolhapur and neighbouring areas. The service facility is spread across a 52,000 Sq. Ft. plot and boasts 4 service bays for general repairs as well as preventive maintenance and can serve up to 1000 cars per year. The facility is fully equipped and houses 10 professionally trained staff to ensure personalised service to patrons. Other than this the service facility is built on a modular structure and can be expanded in the near future. In addition to this it also possesses a Digital Service Drive Kiosk, a dedicated customer lounge with Mercedes-Benz accessories and merchandise.
The newly inaugurated Mercedes-Benz Trinity Motors service facility is located in S. No. 489B/2, Opp Hind Gear, Near India Tiles, Sambhaji Nagar, Panad, Nagaon, Kolhapur (at Kolhapur-Bengaluru highway). It has been set up with an investment of INR 4 crores and was set up in a short span of 9 months making this Mercedes-Benz service facility the 15th in Maharashtra and 32nd outlet in West India.
This year Mercedes-Benz India celebrates 25 years in the country and the brand boasts to have 130 years of experience in cutting edge technology in the global automotive market. Mercedes-Benz India product portfolio comprises of the following cars manufactured locally Mercedes Maybach S 560, S-Class, E-Class Long Wheelbase, C-Class, CLA sedans and the GLA, GLE, GLS luxury SUVs with the exception of the GLC brought in by the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) form. In addition to this, the brand also imports fully built units (CBU) comprising the A-Class, B-Class, V-Class, CLS, E-Class Cabriolet, E-Class All-Terrain, S-Class Coupé, C-Class Cabriolet, S-Class Cabriolet and the S 600 Guard.
