McLaren Cars Price in India

The price list of McLaren cars is revealed, which leads us to believe that the brand is getting ready to make its official debut in India. McLaren cars in India will come with a starting price tag of INR 3.72 Crore ex-showroom and go up to INR 5.04 Crore ex-showroom. The most affordable McLaren in the Indian market will be the McLaren GT, priced at INR 3.72 Crore ex-showroom. The brand is also likely to retail the McLaren Artura in the Indian market, but prices on the Artura Hybrid Supercar are not out yet.

McLaren GT

The McLaren GT will be the entry-level offering in the Indian market. The supercar comes with a price tag that will be close to INR 4 crore on the road. The McLaren GT features a Grand Turismo design and comes with a more comfortable setting than a track weapon. But the McLaren GT supercar is no slouch. Powering the GT is a 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbocharged engine that produces 620 PS of power and 630 Nm of torque. The GT can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 326 kmph.

McLaren 720s & 720s Spider

The McLaren 720s features a coupe design, while the Spider comes with a drop-top. The retractable hard-top on the 720s Spider can come up or down in just 11 seconds. Powering the McLaren 720s and 720s Spider is a 4.0-litre V8 Twin Electrically-Actuated Twin Scroll Turbochargers that produce 720 PS of power and 770 Nm of torque. Both cars accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 341 km/h. But the coupe weighs 1,283kg dry while the convertible weighs 1,332kg due to the retractable top mechanism. This affects the cars 0-200 km/h time by 0.1 seconds. The coupe achieves the sprint in 7.8 seconds while the convertible takes 7.9 seconds to sprint from 0-200 km/h.

The McLaren GT will lock horns with the Ferrari Roma, Porsche 911 Turbo S and Bentley Continental GT. The McLaren 720s and 720s Spider competes with the Ferrari F8 Tributo and Lamborghini Huracan.
