The Italian marquee had revealed that the ‘MC’ stands for Maserati Corse and ’20’ for the year 2020.

This, combined with the low 1,500 kg kerb weight, gives the MC20 the best-in-class weight-to-power ratio of 2.33 kg/hp. The power is channelled to the wheels through an 8-speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission).
The Maserati MC20 comes with a low slung front end with a prominent Trident logo. The car also comes with air vents on the bonnet and air intakes on the fascia. The car features sweptback LED headlamps, wraparound taillamps and a high-mounted inlet. The engine compartment of the supercar comes with a polycarbonate engine cover that features louvres and butterfly doors. The brand revealed that the MC20 has gone through two-thousand man-hours in the Dallara Wind Tunnel with more than a thousand CFD simulations. The car features axial force coefficient CX under 0,38.
The Maserati MC20 Supercar comes with features such as driver-oriented twin 10-inch screens. The supercar also gets a carbon fibre central console, wireless smartphone charger.
