Maruti Suzuki Swift facelift bookings open, details leaked

Bookings for the Swift facelift have already commenced at select dealerships and now, variant details have been revealed on the internet.

The popular hatchback from the Maruti stable will be available in three variants; L, V and Z.

• L: Driver seat height adjustment
• V: Driver seat height adjustment, integrated audio system with 4 speakers, power folding ORVM, L shaped silver accent around front fog lamp
• Z: Driver seat height adjustment, integrated audio system with 4 speakers, bluetooth connectivity, power folding ORVM, L shaped silver accent around front fog lamp, true keyless entry with start / stop button, reverse parking sensors

Reports do not confirm the presence of LED DRLs on any variants.

Engines are expected to remain the same 1.3L DDiS diesel and 1.2L K series petrol motor. However, the company is expected to tweak the engines for higher fuel economy this time.

Automatic transmission on the petrol variant is also expected with the facelift model.
