The upcoming Maruti Suzuki e Vitara is going to launch in March in India. Ahead of its launch, the features list and colour options details of the first-ever electric Maruti have been revealed. Check out all the details of the new EV below.

Maruti Suzuki e Vitara – colours and features details

Maruti Suzuki e Vitara

The upcoming Maruti e Vitara will be offered in a total of 10 colour options. These will include 4 dual-tone schemes with a black contrasting roof, pillars, and ORVMs. The monotone colours include – Arctic White, Nexa Blue, Splendid Silver, Grandeur Grey, Opulent Red, and Blueish Black. Meanwhile, the dual-tone colour options will include – Arctic White, Land Breeze Green, Splendid Silver, and Opulent Red.

In terms of features, the e Vitara will become the most loaded car by Maruti Suzuki. It gets the following features on the top-spec trims:

  • 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels
  • LED lights and foglights
  • Connected display with 10.1-inch infotainment and 10.25-inch instrument console
  • Panoramic sunroof
  • Wireless smartphone connectivity with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
  • Wireless charging
  • Ambient lights
  • PM 2.5 air filter
  • 10-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat
  • 60:40 split rear seats with recline
  • Drive modes – Eco, Normal, Sport, Snow
  •  One-pedal driving mode with different regen modes

In addition to the above comfort and convenience features, the e Vitara will also include an extensive safety kit. It will get 7 airbags, level 2 ADAS, a  360-degree camera, an e-parking brake with auto-hold feature, and a passenger alarm system.

Maruti Suzuki will launch the e Vitara in March with two battery options – a 45kWh and a 61kWh. The maximum driving range is reported to be more than 500km for the long-range version. Upon its launch, it will compete with the newly launched Hyundai Creta Electric.

Our verdict

Maruti debuted the e Vitara at the recent Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The upcoming EV gathered an enormous crowd due to its unique design and also as it is the first Maruti EV. Moreover, it will be interesting to see how Maruti prices it against rivals like the Tata Curvv.ev.
