Maruti has launched the WagonR Krest limited edition at an additional cost of Rs. 22,500.
The limited edition gets a new front grille, limited edition body decals, redesigned wheel caps, mud flaps, steering wheel cover, dual din audio system with bluetooth, reverse parking sensors with digital display, keyless central locking, new seat cover fabric and design and floor mats. Maruti claims that all this additional equipment will retail for Rs. 32,500 in the aftermarket, but Maruti is offering it with a Rs. 10,000 discount.
Mechanically, the Krest limited edition remains unchanged and is powered by a 1.0L, K-series, 3-cylinder petrol engine producing 68 PS of power and 90 Nm of torque mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The popular hatchback is available in a petrol engine with CNG and LPG dual-fuel options. Fuel efficiency is rated at 20.5 kmpl on petrol, 26.6 km/kg on CNG and 14.6 kmpl on LPG.
