There’s some good news for all the Ducati owners. The motorcycle company now introduces a new ‘maintenance section’ in its mobile application named MyDucati App. This move is aimed at providing maximum transparency to all owners. In this section, owners will be able to view the entire maintenance history of their motorcycle, along with opting for scheduled servicing and other updates.
The maintenance history carried on the bike starting from July 2019 at any Ducati network will be visible under the ‘Maintenance’ section. This new addition will ultimately streamline the maintenance process, thus providing peace of mind for the customers.
All the Ducati owners are colloquially called Ducatisti. Along with the new maintenance section in the mobile application, there are various other features as well. In the Garage area, all the owners can view the documentation of their motorcycle, ‘Ducatista,’ which is the official document for their bike. Owners can also configure their motorcycles in the app and share them with friends and trusted dealers. The app also features a space dedicated to the Ducati Dealers. Customers can find the nearest dealer based on geolocation and get the list of available services. Customers can also save the dealer’s details, which makes it easy to contact them and schedule appointments.
Ducati mentioned that the MyDucati application is available for both iOS and Android users. Users who already have access to the app can also use the same credentials to access the web portal. The application also has a section reserved for the official Ducation Clubs (DOC) community where members can show their passion for the brand and avail themselves of all the initiatives and benefits dedicated for them.
