As the name suggests, the Carbon Edition Scorpio N is an all-black iteration of the standard model. It comes draped in a pitch-black gloss paint that is matched with black 18-inch alloy wheels and black roof rails. The ORVMs are also black but Mahindra has kept the touch of chrome classiness on the front grille.
On the inside, it is equipped with a black contrasting theme as it gets black leather upholstery and smoked aluminium highlights inside the cabin. Aside from the cosmetic treatment, the rest of the car is the same and so are its features.
The Carbon Edition is powered by two engine options – a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel and a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol. Both of these engine options are further available with a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed AT gearbox option. Mahindra has not changed any mechanical parts on the Carbon Edition model.
The special edition model is available in two trim levels – Z8 and Z8 L. The pricing for the Z8 starts from Rs 19.19 lakh and goes up to Rs 23.44 lakh (ex-showroom). Meanwhile, the more feature-loaded Z8 L Carbon Edition is priced from Rs 20.90 lakh to Rs 24.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Scorpio N has become the best-seller model of Mahindra since its launch. Its trademark suspension offers a subtle ride quality while the powerful engine options offer a blistering performance for its enormous size.

Mahindra Scorpio N has crossed the two lakh sales mark, which is an astonishing achievement considering that the SUV has been present in the market for a short period. Currently, there are no updates about a facelift model but we assume that Mahindra will update the Scorpio N probably by 2027.
