Mahindra offering cash discount & easy finance options to government and PSU employees

Mahindra & Mahindra has announced that the brand has rolled out new finance schemes especially for Government employees. The new customer-centric and innovative finance options are being offered on accessories, extended warranty and for workshop related payments on all Mahindra vehicles. 

The unique program is called ‘Sarcar 2.0’ and under the program, Mahindra offers INR 11,500 additional cash discount for Central Government, State Government and PSU employees, purchase offers through CSD / CPC stores, zero processing charges, zero foreclosure charges, low rate of interest starting from 7.25%, long tenures of up to 8 years, multiple finance partner options and low EMI starting INR 799 per lakh for personal utility vehicles. 

Mahindra also provides contactless payment facility along with instant EMI options by partnering with Fintech companies. This allows the customers to make payments at their convenience. The company also extends digital payment options via physical POS / ePOS systems, that can be arranged to the customer’s doorstep. The POS / ePOS accept all major credit/ debit cards and e-wallets. Also, customers can make payments by scanning a QR Code or a payment link shared by the dealer. 

In other news, Mahindra has garnered more than 20,000 bookings on the all-new Thar SUV in just about a month and the brand has officially revealed that the waiting period on the new Thar could be up to 6 months, depending on the trim. Mahindra will also be increasing the monthly production by 2,000 to 3,000 units to cope up with the surge in demand. The brand has also revealed that the Hard-Top variant of the Mahindra Thar in both petrol and diesel version has more demand. 

The brand also plans to launch the much-popular next-generation Mahindra XUV500 in the Indian market. The SUV is likely to feature Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with Level 1 autonomous features that are previously seen only on high-end luxury cars, a twin display concept instrumentation and infotainment system, flush-mounted door handles and all-round LED lighting.
