Mahindra ‘M-Plus’ Nation-Wide Mega Service Camp announced

Mahindra has announced the commencement of a free, nationwide, mega service camp, called M-Plus. This is open for all customers of its entire range of personal vehicles and will happen from February 9 till February 19, 2022. Customers will also get the opportunity to claim healthy gifts like Air Fryers, yoga mats, fitness campaigns etc., out of selected 2400 gifts and giveaways. The carmaker mentioned that all the centres are equipped to carry out QWIK service. This ensures that periodic maintenance service and/or minor repair will be done in 90 mins.

Services Covered Under This Mega Camp

Vehicles serviced as a part of this camp will undergo a 75-point (Within & outside warranty) check on each vehicle, completely free of cost. Additionally, Mahindra is also offering 5 per cent discounts on Genuine spare parts, 10 per cent discount on labour, 15 per cent discount on Road Side Assistance (RSA), 5 per cent discount on genuine accessories and a 25 per cent discount on Maxicare treatments.

Mahindra mentioned that customers would have to take prior appointments to avail of this Mega camp facility. For this, customers can book appointments on Mahindra’s With You Hamesha’s WhatsApp account or via the app. Alongside this, the app also provides other features like hassle-free pick-up and drop, creating their own job card with a selection of Maxicare treatments, approve estimates and online payments.

Furthermore, Mahindra is also taking care of the safety of its customers in the Covid situation. To mitigate risks, Mahindra is offering the highest standards of digitization and safety services. This is to enable end to end contactless service experience through the WYH app. This offers “CustomerLIVE”, which is a live video streaming feature. Using this service, advisors can explain repair estimates to customers directly from the service bay. Given the current times, initiatives like these go a long way in proving Mahindra commitment towards its customers and their well being.
