Mahindra launches ‘Own-Online’, digital sales platform for SUVs

Mahindra & Mahindra has launched a new contactless digital sales platform called ‘Own-Online’. The Own-Online digital sales platform enables interested buyer’s to book a Mahindra SUV using the dedicated web portal in 4 simple steps without compromising the safety and comfort of their home.

The customer can now use Mahindra Own-Online to explore the Mahindra SUV range and personalize the selected vehicle as per choice. Once the car is selected and personalised the customer can select a dealer according to their own convenience and if required get an instant real-time quote for their old vehicle. The third step is to choose from multiple finance options and insurance options that can be customised according to the customer’s needs. The customer can also choose from various insurers to get the best quotation. 

The customer can also choose to take advice from experts in the field via digital contactless communication channels such as video calling. The fourth and final step in the online sales platform is making payments using a variety of digital payment gateways and get contactless delivery of the vehicle at the preferred location. The Mahindra SUV is also thoroughly checked and sanitised inside-out before the car is sent out for delivery to the customer. 

Mahindra has integrated its 270 plus dealers and over 900 touchpoints with the Own-Online platform through back-end technology. The dealers are also trained to follow new safety protocols and to minimise contact. Additional safety procedures and new measures are set in place for test drives, document collection and vehicle delivery to ensure high hygiene standards are maintained. The Own-Online system has been designed to offer the customer a transparent car buying solution along with safety and comfort. The system also offers add-ons such as extended warranty & roadside assistance along with Mahindra accessories. 

Using Mahindra’s ‘With You Hamesha’, post-purchase platform, the customer can also book service online, check vehicle history, receive service invoices etc.
