Mahindra announces winter maintenance camp for all customer cars

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a special pan India Winter Camp for all the cars in its portfolio. This event will be organised from December 14th to December 19th, 2020.

The aim of the winter camp is to spread awareness about the driving difficulties during the winter season and check that the cars remain in their best driving condition. There are few common problems which can be seen during the winter season like, visibility, on-road traction, engine ignition and more. Mahindra claims to check all the critical mechanical parts like brakes, battery, tyres, lights and lubricants which are crucial to offering a hassle-free driving experience. This service will be available across all the 600 Mahindra authorized workshops in India.

The key offerings during this special winter camp are; free 75 points vehicle checkup, 5% off on spare parts, 10% off on labour cost, 25% off on Maxicare Windshield Polish treatment, 25% off on Maxicare Headlamp Restoration and more. Mahindra claims that the windshield polishing will help get rid of the swirls marks and scratches on the windshield glass and improve the visibility especially in the foggy conditions which is a common phenomenon during the winter season.

The same is applicable for the headlight restoration as well, where the expert technicians would assess all the lighting of the car and check if they have become cloudy, dull or scratched. Mahindra says that if the lighting is found inadequate the headlight restoration would improve the conditions to a great level asserted Mahindra.

Mahindra & Mahindra is an Indian car manufacturer established in the year 1945. Currently, it has 8 models on sale namely, the recently launched Thar, Alturas G4, XUV300, XUV500, KUV100 NXT, Marazzo, Bolero and Scorpio. The Thar was launched on October 2nd 2020 and has been an instant hit in the market which is evident from that fact that is currently booked till May 2021. The next generation XUV500 is also scheduled to be launched in the first quarter of 2021. Mahindra sold about 18,000 units in the month of November 2020 with Bolero being its best-seller with 6,000 units.
