Lexus India announces Buyback Promise & Loyalty program

Lexus India, celebrating 5 years of existence in the country, announced a new slew of offers. One such offer is the new Buyback Promise program starting with the ES300h, which comes under the ‘Lexus Life’ umbrella. Lexus claims this buyback program for ES 300h promises amongst the highest buyback price in the luxury car market. Availability of these customers can get up to 60 per cent residual value. Further, Lexus is also offering low-cost finance options. This loyalty program will also benefit existing Lexus guests for their next Lexus purchase. Customers will get a whole host of offers and packages, including Lexus Approved Service Package, Insurance, Extended Warranty, Merchandise and Accessories.

Lexus Life Program

Launched in 2021, this is an exclusive ownership program for Lexus buyers. The company covers an array of ownership benefits under the ‘Lexus Ownership Portfolio’. This includes a variety of crafted plans for finance, service, warranty, insurance and roadside assistance. For the pre-owned customers, Lexus has introduced a new platform, ‘Lexus Pre-Owned’, for guests to trade in and upgrade their Lexus cars. On similar lines is the ‘Lexus Leasing’ program. This enhances the ease of experiencing a Lexus in partnership with Kinto of Lexus Financial Services. These three services, Lexus Ownership Portfolio, Lexus Pre-Owned and Lexus Leasing, make up for the ‘Lexus Life’. The carmaker mentioned that they are planning to add more curated offerings under the Lexus Life umbrella.
