Lamborghini has launched the Huracan Evo RWD Spyder in the Indian market. The cars cost just INR 3.54 Crore ex-showroom. Last year, the Coupe Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD debuted in the Indian market at the price of INR 3.22 Crore ex-showroom. The drop-top model comes with a fabric roof that folds down in 17 seconds and up to speeds of 50 km/h. With the Huracan Evo RWD Spyder launch, Lamborghini now has four variants of the Huracan in India. Huracan Evo AWD Coupe & Spyder and Huracan Evo RWD Coupe & Spyder.
Powering the Huracan Evo RWD Spyder is a 5.2-litre 90-degree V-10 Cylinder engine. The engine features MPI (Multipoint Injection) + DSI (Direct Stratified Injection) that helps punch out 610 Hp of power and 560 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 7-speed Lamborghini Doppia Frizioni (LDF Dual Clutch) gearbox. The box transfers the power from the engine to the road via an electronically controlled Rear-Wheel Drive system.
The Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD Spyder is 120 kg heavier than the coupe due to the extra weight of the roof mechanics. Still, the Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD Spyder can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. This is 0.4 seconds slower than the Huracan Evo AWD Spyder. The car can achieve 0-200 km/h in 9.6 seconds. The supercar can reach a top speed of 324 km/h.
The Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD Spyder comes with a Hybrid Aluminium + Carbon Fibre chassis and an Aluminium + Synthetic body. The Huracan Evo RWD Spyder features cast-iron discs with 8-piston aluminium monoblock stoppers on the front and 4-piston stoppers on the rear.
The Carbon Ceramic brakes, adaptive dampers etc., are an optional extra on the supercar. The supercar also features Alcantara & Carbon Skin trim inside the cabin, carbon fibre sports seats, an 8.4-inch vertically oriented touchscreen integrated with Human Machine Interface and Leather, and digital instruments cluster.
