KTM reveals 1390 Super Adventure R for adventurous globetrotters

KTM has unveiled its latest adventure motorcycle, the 1390 Super Adventure R, designed for globetrotters ready to explore uncharted territories. This new model is packed with advanced features and technology, making it the ultimate companion for off-road adventures.

Power and Performance

The Super Adventure is powered by a 1350cc V-twin engine, producing an impressive 170 horsepower at 9500 rpm and 145 Nm of torque at 8000 rpm. The engine features Camshift technology, which improves rideability at low rpm, ensuring a smoother response on the trails.

1390 Super Adventure R Off-Road Focus

KTM has equipped the Super Adventure R with a more traditional suspension setup, including 48mm WP XPLOR split cartridge forks and a WP XPLOR Progressive Damping System (PDS) shock. This setup is ideal for hard off-road use, providing better handling and stability.

Advanced Electronics

The bike comes with KTM’s new premium electronics package, featuring an 8-inch vertical-mounted dashboard with inductive technology. The screen is anti-reflex, anti-fingerprint, and anti-glare, making it easy to read even in bright sunlight. Riders can access new riding modes, built-in navigation, and connectivity features.

1390 Super Adventure R Design and Build

The Super Adventure boasts an all-new bodywork design, LED lighting, and a shorter, more off-road-focused windshield. It also has more storage binnacles and a stiffer crash bar for better protection. The bike’s frame is stiffer, improving handling and track stability.

Ready for Adventure

KTM’s new adventure bike is designed to cross borders and explore new, uncharted ground. Whether it’s isolated ice-clad tundras, heavily wooded forests, or dried-up riverbeds, the Super Adventure is ready to take on any challenge.

KTM’s 1390 Super Adventure R is a game-changer for adventure motorcycling. With its powerful engine, advanced electronics, and rugged design, it’s the perfect bike for those who love to explore the unknown. The bike will come to India too as a CBU.
