KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles are now getting free extended warranties and Road Side Assistance (RSA). The brand offers customer-centric service for a limited time period, saving around INR 1,800 to INR 2,500. The limited-time offer will be valid on all models for a limited period of time.
The special offer is in line with the brand’s ten years of success in the Indian market. For a limited time, the company will also be providing a 50% discount on ProXP events. KTM announced the special deal on the 17th of August as part of the 10-year celebrations in India. To put things into perspective, the extended warranty package costs INR 800 to INR 1,500, depending on the model. The RSA service costs approximately INR 1,000.
KTM New Generation RC Motorcycles
KTM is planning to launch the new generation RC series in the Indian market. This includes the KTM RC 125, RC 200 and RC 390. Recently, images of the motorcycles leaked over the internet leading us to believe that the launch could be just around the corner. The new-generation model is likely to use an optimised frame, new aerodynamic fairing, and ergonomics.
The motorcycles will also go through a weight shedding diet and updates to the suspension system. While the engine architecture remains the same, KTM could be employing a new intake and exhaust system to optimise performance and efficiency. The motorcycle is also likely to come with advancements in the electronics department.
‘KTM Adventure Getaways’
Recently KTM announced that the brand partnered with Thrillophilia to organise close to 50 tours over the next year. The tour already commenced on the 10th of August 2021 and continues every week. KTM Adventure Getaways will take participants for a six-night, seven-day program to Ladakh the the ‘Land Of High Passes.’ Each tour has 12 KTM 390 Adventure motorcycles, and participants are given basic training before the tour.
