KTM Chicago Disc 271 MTB Bike launched in India at INR 62,999

KTM Chicago 271 MTB – Details

The latest MTB from KTM in the Chicago series uses sturdy and also durable TL-compatible rims and SCHWALBE 27.5-inch tyres that provide much-needed grip to cyclists on any terrain. The MTB bike also features KTM’s Line Rizer 680 mm handlebar, which is primarily designed for mountain biking. The bike is available in three frame sizes – M (17-inch), L (19-inch) and XL (21-inch). The different frame sizes help cater to the comfort of a diverse audience range. The bike tips the scale at 14.7 kg. 

The MTB bike uses a Suntour Lock In/Out suspension setup. The suspension has 80 mm of travel. In addition to this, the suspension also offers preload, which is ideal for bumpy roads and mild off-roading. At the front, the bike uses a Shimano MT200 2-piston front and rear disc brake setup. The brakes provide extra braking power for quick and skid-free braking.

The MTB bike also gets a host of features by SHIMANO, which include 27 Hi-Speed Gears with Altus M2000 shifters, a SHIMANO Crankset and SHIMANO Altus Derailleur. The SHIMANO Altus Derailleur ensures a hassle-free chain movement while changing sprockets for a seamless shifting experience.
