At EICMA 2024, KTM debuted the 390 Enduro R, and at India Bike Week 2024, it made its premiere in India. However, KTM has disclosed additional information on the bike, such as its characteristics, suspension travel, and ground clearance. The motorcycle is anticipated to be introduced in India in late January 2025, and deliveries will probably start in February. The pricing of the 390 Enduro R is anticipated to be approximately INR 3.30 lakh (ex-showroom).

KTM 390 Enduro R engine:

A 399cc liquid-cooled motor will drive the 390 Enduro R. With a max torque of 39 Nm and 45.3 horsepower, this LC4c engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox.

KTM 390 Enduro R features:

A 4.1-inch colour TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity will be featured on the KTM 390 Enduro R. Additionally, it will have app connectivity, music controls, and turn-by-turn navigation. The larger 690 Enduro R’s LED headlight unit is the same as this one. Additionally, the 390 Enduro R has a dedicated ABS on/off switch that enables riders to turn off the ABS at both ends, not just the back wheel, if necessary.

KTM 390 Enduro R hardware:

The WP Apex open-cartridge upside-down forks at front and a rear mono shock will support the 390 Enduro R’s suspension system. Rebound and compression at the front and preload and rebound at the back will be able to be adjusted in this setup. The travel of the suspension is 230 mm. The Enduro R’s enormous 260mm ground clearance is another standout, suggesting that it can handle challenging off-road terrain.

The KTM 390 Enduro R will be equipped with spoke wheels that measure 21/18 inches. These will be mounted on 140/80-18 tires and 90/90-21 front tires. The India-spec bikes will have Mitas Enduro Trail+ tyres instead of the Metzeler Karoo tyres found on the EICMA exhibition bikes. With its 885mm seat height, the bike may be too frightening for the typical Indian buyer.
