Kia India has launched the new Kia Seltos X Line in the Indian market. The new Kia Seltos X Line comes with a starting price of INR 17.79 lakh ex-showroom. Based on the Kia X Line Concept, the new Kia Seltos X Line comes with several exclusive cosmetic features over the top-spec GT Line. This makes the X Line the new top-of-the-line variant in the Seltos range. The Kia Seltos X Line comes with two engine offerings and two different automatic gearboxes.
2021 Kia Seltos X Line – Variants and Price
The Kia Seltos X Line comes in two variants – Petrol and Diesel. Both engine options come only with their respective automatic gearbox option. Kia will not offer a manual transmission on the X Line variant. The Petrol Seltos X Line comes with a price tag of INR 17.79 lakh ex-showroom. The Diesel Seltos X Line comes with a price tag of INR 18.10 lakh ex-showroom.
2021 Kia Seltos X Line – Xclusive Features
The new Kia Seltos X Line comes with a first made-in-India ‘Xclusive Matte Graphite’ colour. The head-turning colour was also displayed at the 2020 Auto Expo in Delhi and gained a good response. Furthermore, the colours are accentuated by Xclusive Piano Black Front Skid Plates with Sun Orange accents and Piano Black Rear Skid Plates with Sun Orange accents. The front fascia also features Radiator Matte Graphite Grille with an Xclusive Piano Black outline. The Fog Lamp housing also comes with an Xclusive Piano Black accent.
The Xclusive Piano Black accents also continue on the Dual Muffler Design and the Tailgate Garnish. Kia also offers a Side door garnish with Sun Orange Accents, Center Wheel Cap with Sun Orange Accents, Piano Black ORVMs, and Shark Fin Antenna. The SUV also comes with an exclusive X Line emblem. The Seltos X Line also features 18-inch Crystal cut Matte Graphite Alloy Wheels. On the inside, the Kia Seltos X Line will come with Indigo Pera Leatherette upholstery.
2021 Kia Seltos X Line – Engine Options
Powering the Kia Seltos X Line is a 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine. The engine produces 140 Hp of power and 242 Nm of torque. The petrol motor will come with a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox. The X Line will also come with a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine. The oil motor produces 115 Hp of power and 250 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
