Kia India sold 2,55,038 cars in 2024, a new milestone

Kia India has achieved a milestone of 2,55,038 car deliveries in 2024, resulting in a 6% increase over 2023. The company has a total number of 700 touchpoints across 301 locations. Further, it added 36 Certified Pre-Owned stores and 126 dealerships. With 102,337 units, the Sonet had the highest sales, followed by the Seltos, Carens, and Carnival Limousine.

Kia India Sales Performance:

A total of 25,404 units were exported. Hardeep Singh Brar, senior vice president, emphasised on-time delivery, network growth, and the 2025 Syros launch. As part of its year-long effort to expand its client base throughout the nation, Kia India concentrated on strengthening its position in Tier-I and Tier-II cities.

The company increased its network to 700 touchpoints in 301 cities across the country in 2024 by opening 36 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) stores and 126 new dealerships.

The Kia Sonet made a 102,337 deliveries of units. These deliveries were a major contributor to this accomplishment and cemented its position as the industry leader in the very competitive sub-compact SUV market. Strong performances from the Seltos and Carens added to the Sonet’s ongoing appeal, solidifying Kia India’s place in the market. 

Additionally, after two months of its debut, the brand delivered over 563 units of the Carnival Limousine, setting a new standard. Kia India expanded its global presence as well in 2024. It exported 25,404 units, demonstrating the growing demand for its automobiles around the world.

Kia Sonet

Kia Sonet features: 

Kia Sonet made a 102,337 deliveries, becoming the major reason for the achieved milestone. Apart from a 10.25-inch touchscreen, Kia has equipped the Sonet with a driver’s display that is entirely digital, a 7-speaker Bose sound system, cruise control, a sunroof, heated front seats, keyless entry, and push-button start/stop. Passenger safety features include a 360-degree camera, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), front and rear parking sensors, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), six airbags (standard), and Level 1 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
