Kia has launched a new digital Omni channel aftersales initiative. The Ownership Programs Online Sales is aimed at offering flexibility and transparency to the customers.

The Ownership Programs Online Sales

Customers will be able to access a host of services under this initiative from the My Kia app. In addition, they will also be able to keep an eye on the car services which were availed earlier and monitor the ownership program in real time. Customers will be able to purchase different Service/Ownership Offerings/Programs, such as Extended Warranty, My Convenience, Accessories, and many more.

Users on both Android and iOS platforms will be able to download the My Kia app. The initiative also showcases the brand’s customer-first approach in the Indian market. The app also tracks all developments, from buying all the way to ownership of the cars.

My Kia was launched back in March this year. Customers can also request a test drive, get a quote, get a video consultation through Digi-Connect and book a Kia car from the My Kia App, all from the comfort of their homes. Other features offered on the app include Kia News, Service appointment and notifications, Digi Wallet, My car dashboard, etc.

The Korean carmaker currently has over 2 lakh connected cars on Indian roads.
