Kia India adds 4 new entry & mid variants of Sonet with Sunroof

Kia India has announced that the brand has added 4 more variants to the Sonet SUV. With the new trims the Sonet also gets new features such as a sunroof which is a premium feature in the Indian market. The newly introduced variants are available in both petrol and diesel engine options. Thanks to the newly added trims on the Sonet, the SUV now comes with 23 options.

2024 Kia Sonet – Feature Additions

The Kia Sonet HTE(O) and HTK(O) variants are now available with the 1.2-lite petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options. The HTE (O) gets a sunroof which is a major feature addition for the mid-spec trim. In addition to this, the HTK (O) also comes with sunroof. Also, the HTK (O) gets LED Connected Taillamps, Rear Defogger, as well as a fully automatic climate control AC.

The GTX+ and the HTX+ variants also come with features as all-windows up/down for added safety. Furthermore the HTE and HTK trims get three new colour options – Aurora Black Pearl, Imperial Blue and Pewter Olive. The HTK+ variant also comes with a clear white to pearl white. The added features in the mid-spec Kia Sonet makes the SUV a value for money proposition.

Kia Seltos and Carens – Variant Additions

Kia India also recently introduced the new Seltos with 2 new variants. The new trims are available in petrol and diesel engine options as well as an IVT and 6AT gearbox option. The Seltos also gets upgrades such as all doors auto up/down windows with voice commands. The Seltos HTE variant also gets 5 more exterior colour options.

The 2024 Kia Carens also gets new trims taking its line up to 30 variants. Features include a dashcam, all window auto up & down with voice commands, and expanded 7-seating options. The Carens also comes a 180W charger, which is  an upgrade from the previous 120W charger.
