Kia India is taking all necessary steps to ensure that Carens is a success story for the Indian market. The initial impression, it seems Kia has put on a pretty much perfect vehicle, as evident from the bookings and sales figures. And now, to make them even more appealing, Kia has announced multiple sales and aftersales initiatives. As part of this, Kia has introduced a ‘My Convenience Plus’ programme that will offer comprehensive coverage and peace of mind to customers. In addition to this, Kia will also offer some industry-first value-added products exclusive to Carens’ customers.
What Is The ‘My Convenience Plus’ Plan?
Under this, Kia will offer its customers a bundled package of multiple services. This includes periodic maintenance, extended warranty, roadside assistance and even tyre alloy protection. Further customers also have the option of choosing either Premium or Luxury package, which gives the coverage for 4 and 5 years respectively. These pre-paid service packages protect the customers from inflation protection in service cost, pan India validity, personalization, transparency and flexibility. Kia aims to offer its customers a hassle-free ownership experience with the Carens.
Other Unique Schemes
To make the ownership experience even more seamless, customers have options to choose from a wide range of schemes. First is Care Shield, which offers an almost no question asked accidental repair option. The second is Care Shield+, which will reimburse expenses up to INR 1 lakh incurred while defending the legal claim as a result of an accident covering a maximum of two events. Then we have Convenience of Engine Protection arising from incorrect refuelling by customers.
All these industry-first initiatives will ensure the customer is well protected from misfortune events. In terms of financial schemes, Kia has a long list of offers. Customers can avail of 10 per cent cashback on the online booking (With ICICI Bank Debit and Credit cards).
