Kawasaki will showcase 6 new motorcycles in November 2020

Kawasaki has aired a new teaser video in the North American market where the brand will be unveiling multiple products on the 23 November 2020. According to the official teaser video, the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer will unveil 6 products across platforms. The motorcycles could vary in engine displacement and size as well. But the keen-eyed would notice that at least one product will be concentrated on off-road trials riding, another is likely to be a supersport a third one could be a more road-friendly motorcycle and one is expected to be an adventure tourer with cross country capabilities. This leaves us with two more products which could be iterations of any of the above-mentioned segment motorcycles.

The brand has not yet revealed any other detail about the new motorcycles but it is being speculated that a new lower displacement Supersports model is likely to be unveiled on the said date along with updated iterations of existing best-sellers such as the Ninja ZX-10R. The brand is also likely to bring a new updated Versys X300 and give the line-up upgrades in terms of emission compliance. Some cosmetic upgrades and new colour livery and new features are also expected to be revealed.

The brand revealed the 2021 Kawasaki Versys 1000 LT SE+ that has now been upgraded with the latest Skyhook suspension from Showa. For 2021, the KECS (Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension) has been incorporated with Showa’s Skyhook EERA (Electronically Equipped Ride Adjustment) technology which has been carefully fine-tuned by Kawasaki engineers to preserve the ADV’s riding character.

The new suspension setup will allow the 2021 Versys 1000 SE LT+ to continuously adjust to the road surface in real-time and decreases pitching under braking especially when riding with a pillion. The steering also remains light when riding offering more comfort to the rider and helps keep the motorcycle planted not only enhancing the road grip especially in wet conditions, but also giving the rider more confidence over the large machine.

In the Indian market, the brand is in the process of upgrading the vast portfolio to BS6 emission standards and is also likely to bring more updated models that are going to be unveiled in the North American market on 23 November 2020.
