One of the largest premium motorcycle manufacturers in India, Kawasaki on 22nd of March 2019 announced that they will increase prices on their range of motorcycle that they sell in India. This new price range has come into effect from 1st of April 2019. The new hiked price range is available and is as follows:-

The new price hike is as high as 7% and Kawasaki through its press release posted on 22nd March 2019 announced that the new prices will be disclosed on 1st of April. India Kawasaki motors also said that this price hike is due to increasing cost of raw materials and fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.
Kawasaki has recently launched its ZX-6R and the Versys 1000 in the Indian market. The Versys 1000 is an adventure bike featuring twin LED headlamps, a high-tech analogue-digital instrument console, adjustable wind screen contributing to a comfortable ride and upright riding position, an IMU-equipped Kawasaki cornering management system and an electronic cruise control. The Versys 1000 is powered by a 1043cc, Inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC motor with 120 PS of power and 102 Nm of torque coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with a back torque limiting slipper assist clutch and Kawasaki Traction Control (KRTC).
The Kawasaki ZX-6R features a sophisticated instrument console with an analogue tachometer and a LCD display with digital gear position indicator and speedometer, a separate function front fork combined with big piston fork (SFF-BPF) which offers both racetrack handling and everyday usability, Kawasaki Quick Shifter (KQS), pressed aluminum perimeter frame and a unique tail design. The ZX-6R is powered by a 636cc, inline four cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC motor producing 130 PS of power and 70.8 Nm of torque mated to a 6-speed transmission.
