JCB telescopic boom platform T 65D arrives in India

Material handling equipment manufacturer JCB has announced that the world leading company has today inaugurated its very first diesel Telescopic Boom Platform. The JCB T65D was launched in Goa, where it made its debut in India at the Aerial Platform Association of India’s (APAOI) conference. JCB claims that the T65D telescopic boom platform features Safety, Reliability, Efficiency as well as Comfort. In addition to this, the brand also claims that the machine has been designed around Safety and Productivity and thanks to this, the machine offers the option to buy made in India products to its customers.

Made-In-India

JCB has revealed that the T65D diesel telescopic boom platform is a made in India product. The JCB T65D will be produced at the company’s state-of-the-art production plant in Jaipur and built to one-global-quality standard. Thanks to this, the customers do not need to rely on imported parts as well as receive full warranty and JCB support backup. JCB has also invested in creating a vast distribution network for the T65D. Thanks to the network, the brand has 11 dedicated dealers as well as trained engineers. Also, as the machine is made in India, it also comes with parts backup so it can be operated seamlessly in India.

Dimensions & Safety

The JCB T65D features a platform height of 65 feet and 4 inches. The telescopic boom also has a reach of 56 feet and 6 inches and can carry a maximum load of 450 kgs. The diesel powered machine comes with two work zones and has an 8-feet platform. The machines maximum weight is 12,500 kg and has 4-wheel drive as standard. The boom platform also comes with safety features including a second guarding system as well as crush hazard that always protects the operator.

Ergonomics & Applications

The telescopic boom platform also comes with intuitive controls oscillating starting angle, and a Joystick for fatigue free working. The T65D can be used in various application including construction, cement as well as the oil and gas industry. In addition to this, the platform is also popular at warehouses as well as airports and in other applications where people are required to operate at heights.
