Construction Equipment Vehicle manufacturer, JCB has launched a new range of Stage IV compliant Wheeled Construction Equipment vehicles in India. This is the first time in the industry that a CEV Stage IV Emission Standards vehicle has been launched.
New Range of Stage IV JCB Wheeled Construction Equipment
The new range of construction vehicles includes 3DX Plus and the 4DX Backhoe Loaders. These come with VM117 Soil Compactor, the 530-70 and the 530-110 Telehandlers. The Soil Compactor and Telehandlers also come with an engine that complies with new emission norms. The range also includes three new Wheeled Loaders, the 433-4, the 437-4 and the 455-4, for bulk handling.

The CEV Stage IV Emission Standards for Wheeled Construction Equipment Vehicles are in line with the company’s sustainable growth. The brand’s CEO and Managing Director of JCB India, Deepak Shetty revealed that the new range is in line with the company’s environment and sustainability initiative. The machines are not only friendly towards the environment but also claim to consume less fuel. This also helps in reducing the total cost of ownership of the equipment.

JCB has introduced a new technology JCB’s advanced Telematics technology called JCB Livelink. The revolutionary technology gives real-time updates of the location, machine’s performance, its operating and health parameters. The machines can also be located using GPS technology, geo-fenced and time-fenced. JCB boasts that the company have sold 1,80,000 LiveLink enabled JCB machines. In addition to this, the connected features also include JCB’s Intelli-Diagnostic technology. Furthermore, customer’s can also order JCB Genuine Parts online through the ‘JCB Parts Mobile Application.’

JCB construction equipment, depending on the model, comes with ZF axles & transmission with improved output and efficiency. The brand claims up to 8% of improved output and enhanced fuel efficiency of up to 10%. The equipment also comes with a bigger Cabin for Operator, air-conditioning and lower NVH levels for operator comfort. The brand also boasts to have one of the widest dealer networks in the country with 60 dealers and 700 outlets. JCB technicians are also trained and skilled and the company stocks adequate spare parts for complete peace of mind.
