Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has announced a new service camp in Mumbai, which will run from April 2 to April 4, 2024. The service camp will be hosted at two locations – Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles Bandra and Global Super Bykes in Goregaon.
The primary agenda of this service campaign is to cater to owners of Jawa bikes sold in 2019 and 2020. This includes the entire lineup and the brand will replace the exhaust mufflers and rear suspension for free. Then, based on the bike’s condition, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles will also provide a complimentary extended warranty.
This initiative is a result of Jawa’s outreach to about 45,000 bikes that were sold in the aforementioned period. Incidently, a few thousand of them need the parts replaced, which Jawa is offering for free. This not only aids in good faith between the bikemaker and customers but also helps with brand loyalty.
Moreover, the camps will have a dedicated zone for owners interested in upgrading their motorcycles and want to know the exchange value. Interested Jawa motorcycle owners can reserve their slots at the nearest dealerships for the service camp.
Jawa Yezdi has been conducting the service cam all across the nation. The previous camp was held at Delhi, Delhi NCR, Kerala, Jaipur and Lucknow. This service camp is a significant step by Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles towards maintaining a strong relationship with their customers and ensuring their motorcycles are in the best possible condition. It also reflects the brand’s commitment to providing excellent after-sales service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
