Ignyte, an international premium brand for Helmets and riding gear has brought in a new product called IGN-7 ECE 22.06. The main key highlight of “IGN-7 ECE 22.06” is that it is the FIRST MADE-IN-INDIA helmet by an Indian brand which conforms to ECE 22.06 Homologation standards. It also adopts the NACA airflow system which we see in aircraft and supercars. Wits double NACA inlets above the shield allows the entry of the large volume of air inside the helmet to refresh and dehumidify the interior. Also, the NACA outlets present on the back of the helmet allow quick extraction of the stale air with very little or no friction.
The helmet uses 9 parts EPS combining multiple layers in EPS with multiple densities. This gives the ultimate protection for the rider against impact. The all-around protection with cheek and chin guard EPS makes IGN-7 ECE 22.06 a robust helmet with protection in numerous impact points.
Another USP of this helmet is that it boasts a factory-fitted PINLOCK 70 anti-Fog lens with improved coverage on the visor. The visor in IGN-7 ECE 22.06 is also ECE 22.06 certified. The Italian design team designed this helmet and the complete R&D. Meanwhile the testing has been done in the third-party Italian lab as well as their own in-house testing lab.
This IGN-7 ECE 22.06 helmet also gets E3 22.06 Certification. This means that it is certified by the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility. E3 is one of the most stringent certifications among all the European commissions.
IGN-7 ECE 22.06 helmet model starts from MRP INR 6199 for the mono color shade. And a price tag of INR 6499 for the in-decal version. The helmet is available in various sizes. This includes medium (580mm), large (600mm), and XL (610mm) helmet sizes.
