Hyundai is up for something really special with the Creta. It reportedly is developing a facelifted version of the Creta SUV that will get key changes. As it stands we could see this variant in flesh towards the end of 2023 or in the first quarter of 2024.
Along with this updated version, Hyundai also has plans to launch a sportier N-Line version of the SUV. This trim will get visual enhancements and minor mechanical changes. Very much like the i20 N-Line and Venue N-Line that we have seen till now. So, the Hyundai Creta N-Line is likely to benefit from a few design modifications on the exterior and interior.
What Could The Overall Outlook Be Like?
On the outside, the N-Line variant could sport a unique bumper, grille inserts, and red and gloss black accents all around. We could also get to see 17-inch machined alloy wheels and N-Line badges on the front grille, fenders, and boot lid. The Creta N-Line’s interior layout will remain very similar to that of the standard version. But we are expecting Hyundai to add some contrast red stitching, aluminium pedals, and an all-black theme.
The upcoming Creta facelift as we assume will get significant enhancements, particularly in its features. Among these, the most notable one is the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), engineered specifically for the Indian market. The upcoming Creta facelift will highlight Hyundai’s new design language. We will get to see the introduction of the parametric-style grille. Furthermore, the mid-size SUV will benefit from integrated DRLs within the grille, thus adding to its overall exterior outlook.
Key Changes For The Interiors
Additionally, the Creta N-Line might get a different multi-functional steering wheel and gear lever to add the exclusivity touch. The Hyundai Creta N-Line might get the new 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The engine will make about 160 PS of maximum power and 253 Nm of maximum torque. As has been the case with other N-Line models, C might get mild adjustments to the steering, suspension, and exhaust systems.
Key Rivals To The Creta N-Line
Once launched, the Hyundai Creta N-Line will compete against the other SUVs in the market. This includes the Skoda Kushaq 1.5, Volkswagen Taigun GT, and MG Astor Turbo. Interestingly, there’s also a GT-Line version of the facelifted Kia Seltos in plans.
