Hyundai has teased two new N Line models which take a position among the seven ‘N’ and ‘N Line’ performance models out of which the brand has already revealed the Sonata N Line, the Elantra N Line, the Veloster N and now the Elantra N and the Tucson N line. Another two N & N Line models will be unveiled through the 2022 calendar year. The N Performance offensive targets a wide variety of enthusiasts as the models come with a range of price across new segments that includes Sports, Sedans and SUVs.
Now the brand has teased a camouflaged model of the upcoming Elantra N which is destined to slot above the Elantra N Line that was introduced in the recent past. The camouflaged Elantra N reveals unique air intakes on the front bumper with an aggressive and striking design, sharp side skirts, large alloy wheels, N performance brake callipers, a model-specific rear spoiler, sporty diffuser and rounded dual exhaust outlets.
The Elantra N will also come with a performance packed powertrain which is speculated to have been borrowed from the Veloster N. The Elantra N could sport a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol motor that makes close to 280 PS of power. To put things into perspective the Elantra N Line features a 1.6 Turbo GDI DOHC 16-valve CVVD inline four-cylinder motor that makes 204 PS of power and 264 Nm of torque.
In the SUV segment, Hyundai also teased the Tucson N Line based on the new fourth-generation Tucson that was introduced in the international market with the striking Parametric Dynamics exterior and Interface interior design. The Tucson N Line features aggressive front and rear bumpers as compared to the standard model with larger air intakes, aero ducts, trapezoidal wheel arches, body claddings, dual-tone alloy wheels, N Line badging and a twin-pipe exhaust system. The Tucson N Line is likely to use the engine from the Sonata N lIne which is powered by a 2.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor that produces around 294 PS of power and 422 Nm of torque.
Apart from the Veloster N, Sonata N Line, Elantra N and Line, Tucson N Line, Hyundai will be introducing two more models in the N performance category. Earlier the company had revealed that it will introduce the Kona N and N Line and the remainder could be those two.
