Hyundai has announced the creation of a new Relief Task Force in Mumbai to support the flood-affected Hyundai customers. Hyundai has launched the initiative with a dedicated service team along with 36 flatbed trucks and 24 towing trucks to assist customers around the clock in case of any breakdown. In addition to this, 15 Emergency Roadside Assistance vehicles are on alert in Mumbai.
Hyundai Motor India Limited has also sent 33,000 SMS’s to inform customers about the preventive measures and emergency contact details. The company has also assigned over 100 technicians to repair vehicles and bring them back on road. Insurance companies will also be supporting the customers by designating surveyors for swift flood claim settlement. Additionally, a 50% discount on depreciation on insurance claims will be offered along with special discounts on parts on repairs of flood affected vehicles will be provided by Hyundai.
