Hyundai promoting ‘Dry Wash’ – Save Water Challenge for customers

Since its inception, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) has been India’s first smart mobility solutions provider and the largest exporter. HMIL has committed itself to provide a sustainable and eco-friendly service experience to its customers in India. Due to sustainability being the key for the future, Hyundai has focussed on creating solutions for long-term positive impacts.

HMIL has unveiled its ‘Save the Water Challenge’ from November 22nd to December 6th, 2021, under its ‘Beyond Mobility’ brand campaign. With this event, Hyundai encourages customers to opt for a Dry Wash during their periodic car service. The automaker also aims to become a water-saving ambassador while conducting Dry Wash at its workshops in India.

Hyundai claims that in the past 4 years, over 4.2 million of its customers opted for their new campaign. So far, Hyundai has saved over 504 million litres of water by hosting other eco-friendly initiatives under ‘Beyond Mobility. These initiatives include Waterborne Paint Systems, Paperless Processes, LED Lighting, Solarisation, and Rain Water Harvesting.

Save the Water Challenge: Details

The challenge involves Hyundai customers making a “W” pose with their hand after opting for a Dry Wash. Dealership staff will then capture a photograph of the customer with the pose, signifying them as a Water Savior Ambassador. Customers will then tag Hyundai, share their photos and experience on their personal social media platforms using #SaveWater and #JalBachaKeChal. Hyundai has also announced that 100 lucky customers will win Amazon gift vouchers worth INR 1,000 upon participation.

Hyundai Service Network Details 

Customers can experience Hyundai’s service facilities via their 360-degree, Digital, and Contactless Service, including online service booking. The service also includes Pick & Drop from home/ office, an online payment facility, and a touch-free service experience. Hyundai’s Chatbox enables customers to look for new vehicles, book test drives, make bookings, and schedule their next service. Currently, Hyundai sports a strong network of 1353 workshops across India which aim to provide the best ownership experience. HMIL also offers customers an extended warranty, Hyundai Shield of Trust & Roadside Assistance program at a reasonable cost.
