Hyundai introduces ‘Hyundai EMI Assurance Program’ as it plans to reopen dealerships

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has announced a unique ‘Hyundai EMI Assurance’ program for select new Hyundai owners working in private organisations a cover for three car loan EMIs. The Hyundai EMI Assurance has been introduced to raise positive customer sentiments and to ease the vehicle purchase process by giving the buyer support for three months in uncertainty. 

The Hyundai EMI Assurance Program eases the buying process for the customer by giving the customer’s who work in private organisations and face uncertainties such as employment loss due to Acquisition, merger or poor financial health. The EMI Assurance benefit is applicable on select Hyundai car models purchased in the month of May 2020 and provides the cover for a period of one year from the date of sale, excluding the first three months.

HMIL has also announced that the company will be resuming operations in Hyundai dealerships by strictly adhering to laws and advisories laid by the Govt. and maintaining all safety and hygiene parameters in COVID-19 affected areas. Hyundai showroom and service centres will also follow hygiene and safety parameters and will be providing contactless service and interaction for its customers.

The brand under its ‘Hyundai Cares’ initiative has laid down guidelines to prepare display and test drive vehicles in view of the safety of its customers and employees. All Hyundai dealerships are sanitized including customer lounges and washroom in both sales and service areas, new cars out for delivery and serviced cars are also sanitized. 

Hyundai customers can also opt for remote car demonstration through video conferencing, and use the brand’s ‘Click to Buy’ online sales channel to purchase new Hyundai cars. Hyundai also offers its customers 360-degrees digital & contactless service experience through which customers can book an appointment using digital communication channels such as Hyundai Care App, Whatsapp, Hyundai official website or through Telephone.
