Under its ‘Progress For Humanity Initiative’, Hyundai Motors India Limited creates a Relief Task Force. This team will help the Hyundai customers of Gujarat, Goa, Maharashtra and Rajasthan to get relief from the damage caused by cyclone Tauktae. They will take all the possible measures to restore mobility in the affected states.
Hyundai will also extend its Emergency Roadside Assistance Service to enable a hassle-free and peace of mind experience for its customers. The brand also offers a 50% discount on the depreciation amount of insurance claims for flood-affected vehicles. Cyclone Tauktae has caused a lot of damage in the coastal areas of the states mentioned above. And hence, Hyundai came up with this customer-centric initiative.
The current ongoing pandemic is a challenge for everyone. It is compelling everyone to stay at home, and due to this, many customers are missing their scheduled car services and warranty claims. Thus, Hyundai recently came up with an initiative to counter this issue. The company announced that it would extend the warranty and service options by two months for the customers because of the ongoing lockdown. HMIL has a vast network of over 1,300 workshops that will ensure that the customers would not face any issues in availing these services. Hyundai is also offering a host of digital and contactless services. This includes online service booking, vehicle status update, pick and drop from home/office, online payment and more.

Recently, there were rumours that Hyundai will reshuffle the features in the Creta, the country’s best selling SUV. The base trim E will get some deletions, and the top SX(O) is expected to get some additions. Hyundai looks set to introduce its new product, codenamed AX1, in the micro-SUV segment. There are no official dates yet, though Hyundai did release an official teaser of the car. Hyundai will launch the prices of the highly anticipated Alcazar, the three-row iteration of the Crete, in June 2021.
