Hyundai announces ‘Click to Buy’ online platform for car purchase

Hyundai Motors India Limited (HMIL) has announced the commencement of ‘Click to Buy’ in India which offers an end to end online sales platform that enables customers interested in purchasing Hyundai cars a convenient and safe way with the comfort of their home. Hyundai introduced the ‘Click to Buy’ platform in January of 2020 but the pilot project was limited to only a handful of dealerships in the Nation’s capital and now the brand has expanded the Click to Buy platform pan India that incorporates 500 Hyundai dealerships. 

The Click to Buy will act as an additional online sales platform for Hyundai dealerships and will include the new Hyundai Creta and new Hyundai Verna among other Hyundai cars. The platform is targeted towards the tech-savvy and new-age customers who would like to configure their car on a digital platform before going out for a purchase. 

The platform in itself is easy to use, navigate and is connected to dealerships in real-time. The online platform also features an option where the user can have a personal assistant to help them go through their choices. The customer can also get in touch with an allocated sales representative during the purchase cycle. 

The customer can register to the Click to Buy service which allows the customers to configure the cars with the choice of their exterior, interiors and allows them to select and the powertrain. The customer can also avail financial services with their existing banks for loan approvals. The platform also allows customers to book a time slot for delivery or the option to get the car delivered at their doorstep.

Along with the Click to Buy online platform Hyundai has also started a Digital Service Initiative called ‘Hyundai on Whatsapp’ that offers the customer with updates to the car during the entire service process, from booking an appointment to post-service feedback. 

Hyundai customers can also use the Hyundai Care App to book a service, book a car, request a test drive, view a car in 360-degree and get monthly updates on offers. 

The cars included in the ‘Click to Buy’ web portal includes the Hyundai Santro, Grand i10, Grand i10 Nios, new Creta, Elite i20, Aura, new Verna, Elantra, Venue and Tucson.
