Hyundai Alcazar will be a Premium SUV, leaked Brochure Reveals Features

Ahead of the launch of the Alcazar, which is scheduled for June 18th, we have more details of the much-awaited SUV. The official brochure of the Alcazar has been leaked, and thus, we know a lot more about the SUV now. Recently, sources reported that the top-spec of the Alcazar, i.e. the Signature trim, will only be sold via ‘Signature Hyundai Dealership’. This means that the dealers in the 2nd-tier cities and the town will not get any allocation for the top-spec. Albeit, they can sell the other two trims, i.e. the Prestige and Platinum trim.

Hyundai Alcazar – Key Features

Based on the Hyundai Creta, the Alcazar will also have a host of updated new tech. As per the leaked brochure, it seems that Alcazar will have a 20.03cm Multi-Display Digital Cluster, a 1st in the segment feature. Along with this, the other 1st in the segment feature includes Blind View Monitor, 2nd Row Wireless Charging, Bose Premium Sound System and more. For the utmost comfort of the 2nd-row passengers. Hyundai is also offering a Front Row Seat Back Table. This will help the 2nd-row passenger to keep their tablets, laptops and other necessary utilities. Hyundai is also offering an Air Purifier along with AQI Display.

Hyundai Alcazar – Variants, Colours & More

Hyundai Alcazar will get 6 colour options. This includes Taiga Brown, Polat White, Phantom Black, Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey and Starry Night. Two Dual-tone colour options are also there in the combination of Polar White+Phantom Black and Titan Grey+Phantom Black. The SUV will come with two seating options, i.e. 6-seater with captain seats in the middle row and 7-seater with a bench in the middle row. The top-spec Signature trim will only get the six-seater option.

Hyundai Alcazar – Enigne Specifications

As per the engine options, Alcazar will have one petrol and one diesel engine. The petrol power mill is a 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated unit; meanwhile, the diesel is a 1.5-litre turbocharged CRDi engine, the same as present in the Verna and Creta. When launched, Alcazar will lock its horns with the other SUVs in the segment, having the likes of the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, XUV500 and more.
