At the beginning of 2024 Hyundai launched the Creta SUV in the Indian market. What follows the Creta? Ofcourse, the Alcazar, its three row version. But the 6/7-seater Alcazar comes with its own unique and differentiating features as we saw in the last iteration. This time too, the brand will soon be launching the facelift Alcazar which is likely to reverberate with the latest Creta atleast in the design department.
Now, spyshots of the three-row SUV have emerged from Korea which leads us to believe that the car is likely to arrive here soon. The brand appears to be currently testing the upcoming Alcazar in the Korean market. According to spyshots, the new Alcazar could be in the production ready avatar and is likely to come with changes not only to its exteriors but also its interiors.
On the outside, the new Alcazar is likely to come with a redesigned front fascia. The new fascia is also likely to feature a new grille, which could be more prominent than the Creta. Also, the light signature on the front and rear are likely to be new. Especially the rear section is likely to have more defining features and reports reveal that the car is likely to come with L-shaped taillamps. On the front, the Alcazar is likely to come with a split headlamp setup.
On the inside, the Alcazar is likely to come with a new and distinct dashboard layout. However, the dual 10.25-inch screens for the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster are likely to remain similar to the Creta. The alcazar is also likely to have ventilated seats, rear air-conditioning air-purification system, and a panoramic sunroof. The car is also likely to come with captain seats with a centre console on the middle row in higher-spec variants.
Under the bonnet, the Alcazar is likely to use similar equipment as the Creta. Rumours are that the three-row SUV is likely to arrive in the Indian market by this festive season.
