HOP Electric, one of the fastest-growing electric two-wheeler manufacturing companies has an announcement. The EV maker brings in one of the first of many upgrades in the features of its OXO electric motorcycle with VCU firmware over-the-air update (FOTA) Ver 4.90. Following this update, the OXO motorcycle will benefit from improved acceleration in ECO mode. It will also get better connectivity, and battery range prediction.
Launched in November 2022, OXO electric motorcycles are in much demand. They have been a game changer in the motorcycle industry specifically in the EV segment. The OXO motorcycle combines sustainability, performance, and affordability in a sleek design. With the FOTA Ver 4.90 update, the motorcycles will perform 2X better with ECO mode acceleration as confirmed by the brand. This will reflect even in the low-speed mode. The OXO motorcycle will also offer better connectivity as HOP uses seamless 4G connectivity and updated its network latching. The motorcycles will also provide accurate battery range on display with better algorithms based on real-time battery health and usage.
HOP Electric Mobility came into existence with the vision to become the world’s leading provider of green, sustainable and energy-efficient two-wheelers. The EV maker started off with a regional branch in Jaipur, inaugurated by Rajasthan Minister of Road and Transport Sh. Pratap Singh Khachariyawas. And now, HOP has three products in its portfolio. This includes two e-scooters (LEO and LYF in three variants each) and an e-motorcycle (OXO, offered in two variants). The brand also has plans to launch at least ten new products in the coming three years.
