Waiting for an update from HOP Electric for its recently launched electric bike? This news article will have new updates to share. The company is all set to launch test-drive and pre-booking for customers across 50 locations. This includes cities like Jaipur, Delhi, and Pune. As confirmed by the brand, customers can test-ride the vehicle starting from 25th November. Further, HOP also confirmed that they will start with the deliveries in December.
HOP OXO has received an encouraging response from customers and dealer partners alike. This is evident from the fact that the brand has already garnered more than 6,000 bookings. Further, the company has also received 10,000+ interests in just two months of the launch. The company confirmed that the first batch of 2500+ vehicles is production ready. But changes in the guidelines of the Ministry of Heavy Industries’ FAME II and the introduction of new tests and standards have delayed the delivery timeline. Thus, deliveries to the customers are yet to begin. But, the company reassures its customers that deliveries will begin soon as per new compliances.
HOP claims OXO’s design will ensure the highest standards of safety and performance. And it is also equally important to adhere to the new norms. Thus with the GoI’s tougher norms for safety standards and localization for FAME II subsidies, HOP looks fully prepared. As of now, HOP OXO is technically compliant with new norms and awaiting the new certification. Furthermore, HOP confirmed that if any of our customers want to buy Hop OXO right now. They are happy to ship without incentives as they have already completed state certification across 15 states.
With the #OXOFeelElectric program, the brand sets a step towards bringing the OXO experience to all the customers who have pre-booked Hop OXO. This will start in Delhi, Jaipur, and Pune. Thus, Hop OXO will arrive and be made available at more than 50 locations with the dealerships for Test Rides.
