Written by News Team

Honda Motorcycles has unveiled the limited edition CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Carbon Edition, a high-performance sportbike inspired by Honda Racing Corporation’s (HRC) racing initiatives. The Carbon Edition is designed to offer an all-black stealth racing experience, featuring cutting-edge technology derived from the Honda RC213V MotoGP race bike.

Exclusivity and Design

The CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Carbon Edition is limited to just 300 units worldwide, with 70 units allocated for France and 45 units for the UK. The motorcycle boasts full carbon fibre bodywork, including 3K/12K pre-impregnated carbon fibre parts such as the full fairing, mudguards, engine guard, and airbox cover. Even the winglets are made of carbon fibre, and the bodywork is finished with a UV-resistant matte clear coat to ensure durability and a stealthy appearance.

Pricing

The Carbon Edition is priced at GBP 26,749 (approximately INR 29.49 lakh) in the UK, while the standard SP model costs GBP 23,499 (approximately INR 25.91 lakh). The Carbon Edition is marketed as the ultimate ‘all-black stealth racing’ sportbike, offering a unique and exclusive riding experience.

Powertrain and Features

Honda’s CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Carbon Edition is equipped with a powerful 998cc inline-four engine, producing around 215 horsepower and 113 Nm of torque. The bike features advanced electronics, including traction control, cornering ABS, and a quickshifter, enhancing its performance and handling capabilities.

The limited availability and unique features make the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Carbon Edition a highly sought-after model for motorcycle enthusiasts. Currently, Honda has not alloted any units for India. However, we can expect some units to come here in the coming days.
