In an attempt to boost sales, Honda is offering an exciting year-end discount on its CB300F motorcycle. Honda Big Wing dealerships are offering the CB300F with a price reduction of INR 50,000. With this price tag, the CB300F now undercuts its chief rival, KTM 125 Duke.
Launched back in August, the Honda CB300F retailed at an ex-showroom price of INR 2.26 lakh to INR 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This was for the Deluxe and Deluxe Pro variants, respectively. Now with this discount, the price range for the CB300F has come down from INR 1.76 lakh to INR 1.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Noteworthy to mention, the CB300F now retails at INR 2.12 lakh on road in Delhi.
As mentioned, with this price point, the CB300F manages to undercut the KTM 125 Duke which retails at INR 1.78 lakh. The price tag is on par with the Bajaj Dominar 250 (INR 1.75 lakh), thus making it a tempting proposition. However, Honda mentioned that this discount is valid only till stocks last.
The Honda CB300F uses a 24.1 HP, 25.6Nm, 293cc, four-valve, oil-cooled, SOHC engine. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, with a slip-and-assist clutch. Suspension duties are taken care of by an upside-down fork up front. Meanwhile, for the rear, we get a 5-step adjustable monoshock. In terms of braking, the CB300F equips a 276mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc.
The CB300F comes equipped with a host of features as per 2022 standards. This includes an LED headlamp, fully digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS, smartphone connectivity, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and alloy wheels.
Both variants of the CB300F are available in three colours. These are namely, Sports Red, Mat Marvel Blue Metallic, and Mat Axis Grey Metallic. The Honda CB300F locks its horns against the likes of the Suzuki Gixxer 250 and the KTM 250 Duke in the Indian market.
