Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, expands its digital outreach. The recent spike in the COVID-19 cases is compelling automotive companies to enhance their digital services thus encouraging the customers to avail themselves of all the services from the comfort of their home. To enhance customer convenience, HeroCorp made this new addition. Hero MotoCorp crossed the cumulative production of 100 million units, which is one of the remarkable achievements.
The company announced a host of new services which includes informative, transactional, and location services. Hero MotoCorp will aim to provide its new-age digital-savvy customers with peace of mind and easy-access management because these services are now accessible 24×7 via WhatsApp. To access this feature, the customers can either scan a QR code or dial +918367796950 from their mobile.
The customers will have the comfort of choosing from various digital services thus providing a hassle-free ownership experience. The list includes vehicle enquiry and bookings, service booking and post-service feedback, locating nearest workshop and showroom, real-time status check of the vehicle under repair self-job-card initiation, service and maintenance schedule, digital sales and service invoice copy, Goodlife program, Hero app, information on new models, safety tips, and maintenance videos.
For the month of March 2021, Hero MotoCorp sold a total of 576,957 units. This results in year-on-year growth of 72 per cent when compared to the same period last year, at 334,647 units which suggest that Hero MotoCorp will continue to sell in huge numbers. The company is flourishing in the international market because Xpulse and Hunk 160R are in much demand in Latin America. To keep up with the competition, Hero MotoCorp is constantly updating its lineup of products. Its partnership with Harley-Davidson will aim to expand the US-based premium motorcycle maker’s presence to more cities.
