Hero MotoCorp has introduced the new Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports variant in the Indian market at the price of INR 79,738 ex-showroom. The new scooter variant expands Hero’s Xtec scooter portfolio and comes with connected features and a new sporty colour theme. While the styling department receives a refresh, under the body the Hero Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports remains unchanged.
The new Hero Pleasure Xtec Plus Sports features a new Abrax Orange Blue colour theme. The new colourway includes an ’18’ number on the side panel with sporty stripes to elevate the styling. The number ’18’ can also be found on the front apron and front fender. The colourway of the scooter is predominantly Blue and Orange graphics have been added to it on the side panels as well as the front. The wheels also come with Orange rim stripes. The Pleasure Xtec Sports also comes with body coloured mirror and passenger grab rails.
The Hero Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports also comes with features such as a semi-digital instruments cluster with Bluetooth connectivity. Using the instruments riders can instantly view incoming calls and messages, as well as the scooter’s battery status. In addition to this, the Hero Pleasure Xtec Plus Sports also comes with projector headlamps that claims to offer 25% more light intensity providing higher road illumination at night, without dazzling other road users.
Powering the Hero MotoCorp Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports is a 110.9cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The engine produces 8 Bhp of power and 8.7 Nm of torque and comes with a CVT automatic transmission. The scooter comes with a 4.8-litre fuel tank and weighs 106 kg at the kerb. The Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports also comes with i3S technology that claims to offer 10% more mileage than standard. The Hero MotoCorp Pleasure Plus Xtec Sports competes with the TVS Jupiter and the Honda Activa 6G in India.
