Hero MotoCorp has announced that the brand has launched the new special edition of the popular Glamour motorcycle – the Glamour Blaze. The new Glamour Blaze edition has been launched at the price of INR 72,200 ex-showroom. The Blaze edition is offered in a new Matt Vernier Grey Colour and comes with a new USB charging feature. The Hero Glamour Blaze is available across all Hero MotoSports Dealerships across India.
The new Glamour Blaze edition comes with a Grey primer colour on the tank, tank shrouds, headlamp shrouds, front fender and tail cowling complemented by contrasting Funk-Lime Yellow graphics on the side panels with chequered flag effect and i3S branding. The Hero Glamour Blaze also comes with the convenience of a USB charger that enables the rider to keep their mobile phone charged up during their commutes. The USB charger has been mounted on the left-hand side of the handlebar for ease of use.
Currently, the standard BS6 compliant version of the Hero Glamour is priced starting at INR 71,000 ex-showroom, Delhi for the self-start with drum brakes and alloy wheels. The Glamour is also available with a self-start with disc brakes and alloy wheels, priced at INR 74,500 ex-showroom, Delhi making the new Blaze edition more affordable than the self-start with disc brakes and alloy wheel version standard Glamour, on which it is based even with added features.
In the engine department, the Hero Glamour is powered by a BS6 compliant 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 10.73 bhp of power and 10.6 Nm of torque mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The new Glamour features the brand’s i3S (idle Start Stop System) along with Auto Sail technology. It also comes with a Programmed Fuel Injection system with XSens technology which claims that the new engine produces 19% more power than the first-gen Glamour.
The BS6 compliant Hero Glamour also comes with dual-tone body graphics offered in Techno Blue, Tornado Grey, Sports Red and Candy Red.
