Hero MotoCorp has announced a new customer-centric initiative a 24×7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) program for its customers, enabling them to ride across the country without the anxiety of breakdowns. The RSA program will provide 24×7 assistance to customers all across India and customers can easily access the RSA through the toll-free number or through the Hero Customer App.
The Hero MotoCorp RSA program can be availed by the customer through their nearest Hero MotoCorp authorized channel-partner at the attractive inaugural price of INR 350 for an annual subscription. The brand has also announced that the RSA program will be complimentary for a period of one year on Hero MotoCorp’s premium range of motorcycles – Xtreme 160R, Xtreme 200S & XPulse 200. The new scheme is effective from 1st October 2020.
Under the customer-centric RSA program, Hero MotoCorp customer will receive benefits such as On-call Support, On-the-Spot repairs, tow to the nearest Hero workshop for extended repairs, fuel delivery in a case where the fuel runs out, flat tyre assistance, battery jump-start, key retrieval support and on-demand accidental assistance. Through these services, Hero ensures to improve the convenience quotient of the customer.
Furthermore, the brand has also organized a ‘Mega Service Carnival’ for its customers at all Hero service touchpoints at more than 6000+ locations across the country till October 10, 2020. As part of the Mega Sercive Carnival initiative, Hero MotoCorp customers will receive benefits like – a discount of service labour, free washing, free polishing, free nitrogen fill-up, Annual Maintenance Contract Package (Joyride), exchange offers of up to INR 3,000 on new vehicle purchase and an additional point for GoodLife customers. In other news, Hero MotoCorp also announced that the brand has recorded sales of 715,718 units in September 2020, the highest sales in a single month, translating into a growth of 16.9% as compared to the same period in the last year. Hero Motocorp has sold 18,14,683 units in the second quarter (July-September) of the current fiscal FY 2021.
