Hero Electric announces its sales report for October 2021. The country’s largest EV maker sold a total of 50,331 units for the current calendar year till October 2021. This is also the company’s best-ever sales since 2007. Hero Electric mentioned that Optima and NYX led the maximum of the sales. As of now, Hero Electric has a healthy 36 per cent market, and in order to increase this figure, the EV maker expanded its reach to newer market locations. Hero Electric has perfectly capitalised on the situation given the rising demand for electric vehicles in the country.
The company has tied up with a host of other EV startups to build a solid and robust charging infrastructure. Alongside this, Hero Electric has tied with other logistics companies for electrified last-mile delivery service. The demand is so high, that currently, more than 16,500 customers are on the waiting list. But Hero Electric is ramping up its capacities to streamline its supply chain and meet the rising demand. Moreover, the company also looks on track to meet the target of clocking 1 million sales in the next five years. The company is also working hard to expand the charging infrastructure in the country.
One of the key USPs of Hero Electric’s range of products is its affordable prices. Customers so appreciate the brand’s wide service network, which is expanding at a very fast rate. Being India’s largest electric two-wheeler company, Hero Electric has been a front runner for the past 14 years. This does reflect upon the brand’s dedication to serving the customers. As of today, Hero Electric has over 700 sales and service outlets across the country with a customer base of more than four lakhs.
