Groupe PSA partners with GoMechanic, launches Eurorepar aftermarket spare parts in India

PCA India, the local entity of Groupe PSA – a French multinational manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles has signed a sales and distribution agreement with GoMechanic, a renowned Indian company with spare part retailers, e-commerce technology platform and a network of flagship and partner workshops in the Indian aftermarket to launch the Eurorepar range of multi-brand, high-quality aftermarket products, in India. GoMechanic will support the sales of Eurorepar spare parts, facilitating a strong market entry point in India.

The Eurorepar range of multi-brand parts and accessories is present across 100 countries around the world and promises quality products at reasonable pricing, regardless of the make and model of a vehicle. Product line claims to be designed especially for India and the products are available for 3 or more year old vehicles, aimed at customers looking for value and quality when buying spare parts. 

The first Eurorepar product line in the form of brake pads will be available to workshops in India soon. The new line of brake pads not only boast high quality but also smart pricing. The brake pads will be available in both for B2B (multi-brand workshops and spare parts retailers) and B2C customers, both offline and online through the GoMechanic parts distribution platforms.

In the initial stages, Eurorepar will be introducing products like high-quality brake pads and will slowly to include multiple product lines like wiper blades, filters (air, oil & fuel), brake discs, coolant, grease & lubricants, etc strengthening the brand portfolio. The parts will be available in India, through GoMechanic workshops and retailers in 15 major cities from 29th September 2020. Groupe PSA will provide support in terms of marketing, training, brand building, besides providing a very strong product range. 

Groupe PSA’s Eurorepar product line is ahead of the launch of the Citroën C5 Aircross their Flagship SUV in the Indian market scheduled to be introduced in the first quarter of 2021. The Citroën C5 Aircross will be manufactured at the PSA-CK Birla joint manufacturing facility in Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu.
